In this role, I submitted regular articles on the subject of local nature and conservation issues to engage the public. These articles were both engaging and popular and established a greater awareness of nature and environmental issues within the community.
I used my knowledge and personal experiences to create several radio pieces on Welsh nature which were featured on multiple radio stations including BBC Radio Wales.
Worked cooperatively as part of a team to assist in the day-to-day operation of the business. I performed a number of different customer-facing roles including operating tills, organisation of stock and engaging with customer requests and assistance.
