I am a hard working person with diverse skills acquired through education and hands-on experience.
I completed a two-year automotive course, gaining extensive mechanical knowledge, I also have a keen interest in cars even having helped with the complete restoration of a 1972 VW beetle.
I am capable of following instructions and working solo on tasks, I also enjoy working as part of a large team. The jobs I have had so far have taught me the importance of organizational skills and how to maintain an efficient workspace.
I am now looking for an opportunity to learn something new.
My line of work primarily focuses on the picking, packing and dispatching of workplace electronics such as phones, smartboards, and other valuable / fragile goods, under set time limits and a constant workflow. This has taught me the importance of efficient but careful handling of a variety of stock, following strict processes in a very large scale business, as part of a team of 20 people.
The first paid job I had was as a pot washer in an independent café, which more than anything taught me the importance of keeping a clean and well maintained work environment and working as part of a busy team.
My main duties were as a pot washer, however I did receive training on customer service.
