A known dedicated, competent, and liked worker at Northbrook Street Gregg's, with effective communicational skills to both staff and customers, as well as a strong work ethic - frequently taking on shifts as the store requires.

Specific experience, tailored to Northbrook Street Gregg's - acting as a trusted team member for the potential auditor, already aware and able to achieve most of the responsibilities of a shift manager (eg experience in taking stock, traying up bacon, using the daily playlist etc) due to already being asked to at least be a responsible person at the store and in aiding newer staff in learning the role.

Required training would largely be in smaller aspects of the role, or reinforcing knowledge - without the necessity in training a competent team member, on top of their managerial roles. As an intelligent and fast learner, this would enable me to quickly adapt to and take on the role at the store where I am already known to be a core member of the team - especially with my prior experience managing my maths tutoring.
