· Site preparation and clean-up

· Assist with erection of timber frames buildings

· Material moving and handling including timber and supplies

· Operating equipment inc hand tools and plant and machinery

· Safety Compliance by adhering to procedures and standards

· Assisting carpenters with measuring and fitting of materials

· Quality Control ensuring all task meet RMJ quality standards

· General labour such as mixing concrete.

· Maintaining tools/equipment and reporting faults with manager

· Adhere to regulations in line with timber frame construction

• Assist in planning and delivering training sessions inc skills development, drills, strategies, improving fitness and tactics
• Improve individuals player development and techniques according to their age and level.
• Observe, monitor and feedback on player progress.
• Set up and support main coach on match day including managing substitutions.
• Demonstrate an inclusive and supportive environment encouraging, respect and motivation players in a fun setting
• Administration duties e.g. registration and recording attendance
• Role model - lead by example to promote positive behaviour, commitment and sportsmanship
