Originating from a very athletic background, my adolescent years consisted of many achievements in the professional swimming world. At the age of 13 I was accepted into England's top swimming programme on a scholarship, which required me to attend a private boarding school in Plymouth. There I completed all of my Secondary education whilst also on an strict training regime and diet, which included training every day before school and after. At 14, I became 3 time Brittish Champion and secured a total of 10 Brittish medals at the Brittish championships. Training at this level whilst also completing my GCSE's required me to be extremely organised and driven, my grades clearly prove I did this with ease.
My valuable grades enabled me to secure a place at Worcester's top sixth form college. During my time there I undertook, Fine Art, Photography and English Language. As well as completing the big work loads that A levels require, I also worked part time throughout the duration of the course. My A Level results supply a discourse into the type of person I am, extremely motivated, passionate and willing to give it my absolute all. My photography coursework received an result of 100%, giving me an A* overall. My coursework was kept by the exam board (AQA), in order for it to be used as an example of what A* work should look like. Respectively, I also secured a B in Fine art and a C in English.
Towards the end of my time at college I secured an Unconditional offer for the Documentary Photography course at the University of South Wales, which notably is one of the best photography courses in Europe, producing names such as Martin Parr, David Barnes and Paul Rees. During my time at University I discovered my passion for film making. Whist also working part time throughout the duration of the course, I achieved expectational grades, Graduating with a First Class honours with one of the top grades on my course. My Dedication and passion throughout my degree managed to land me a job on a project straight after I graduated, as I was specifically recommended by my lecturer out of 35 other students.
