I have been working in the cafe of Threaplands Garden Centre for a year and a half performing the following duties:

• Keep guest tables neat and tidy by regularly clearing away dirty dishes, used glasses and wiping down surfaces.
• Provide friendly, courteous service, maximising positive customer satisfaction ratings.
• Serve meals and drinks with professionalism and skill, maintaining high presentation and quality standards.
• Warmly greet guests upon arrival to create welcoming atmosphere.
• Make hot drinks as per the drinks menu to a high standard and am confident in the use of the coffee machine
• Take food and drinks orders efficiently using the Ipad
• Check in with customers during meals to check orders were received correctly and met guests' expectations.
• Thoroughly clean dining areas, waiting areas and bathrooms to maintain guest comfort and hygiene.

I worked as a waitress in the Gordon Arms Hotel taking food and drinks orders and serving food and drinks in a professionsal, friendly manner.
