Tasked with Project Manager of the Arnavutköy/Istanbul project, which had a closed area of 35,000 m2 belonging to the BIM Stores chain, from the excavation stage to the substantial completion phase until the end of 2019. The scope of work was the warehouse civil works which were designed as a reinforced concrete carrier system consisting of 4 with a 450 m2 living area and all the civil & architectural works of the multi-story administrative building. Also, managed all subcontractor selection processes, material procurement, and planning processes, weekly construction site meetings related to the administration in the mechanical and electrical disciplines. Involved in the preparation of process control and approval of all progress payments for both administrative and subcontractor.

Before the BIM project given above, worked as a project manager in the INCI GS Yuasa Battery Factory project, located in the 5th Section of the Manisa Organized Industrial Zone. Throughout my business life, mostly took part in the construction of prefabricated and reinforced concrete & steel industrial facilities. The industrial building, which had a closed area of 22.000 m2, was built with a reinforced concrete prefabricated structural system. Roof insulation was completed with TPO membrane + polyiso insulation material. Acid-resistant epoxy floor coating had been applied on 10,000 m2 surfaces, especially on the surfaces that will be exposed to acid and acid vapor. This industrial building, which consists of two separate production facilities (each 15,000 m2) and an administrative building with an area of 1000 m2, also had a treatment facility building, acid preparation facility, and transformer building as an auxiliary facility. The project was completed in 240 days with a budget of $5,000,000.

Updated the operational methods, oversaw the accounting procedures, tracked the information, and compiled the data to improve efficiency.

A 7-store reinforced concrete production building and two warehouses with an area of 5000 m2 were within the scope of the project.
