• Working as Construction Project Manager of Djibouti CMR project. Approximate budget of project is 10,000,000$. Managed construction schedules to achieve adequate project labor coverage. Oversaw employee attendance records, handled payrolls, and ordered new materials for sites. Scheduled workforce needs with superintendents, and allocated company resources to meet with project team.

Tasked with Project Manager of the Arnavutköy/Istanbul project, which had a closed area of 35,000 m2 belonging to the BIM Stores chain, from the excavation stage to the substantial completion phase until the end of 2019. The scope of work was the warehouse civil works which were designed as a reinforced concrete carrier system consisting of 4 with a 450 m2 living area and all the civil & architectural works of the multi-story administrative building. Also, managed all subcontractor selection processes, material procurement, and planning processes, weekly construction site meetings related to the administration in the mechanical and electrical disciplines. Involved in the preparation of process control and approval of all progress payments for both administrative and subcontractor.

Before the BIM project given above, worked as a project manager in the INCI GS Yuasa Battery Factory project, located in the 5th Section of the Manisa Organized Industrial Zone. Throughout my business life, mostly took part in the construction of prefabricated and reinforced concrete & steel industrial facilities. The industrial building, which had a closed area of 22.000 m2, was built with a reinforced concrete prefabricated structural system. Roof insulation was completed with TPO membrane + polyiso insulation material. Acid-resistant epoxy floor coating had been applied on 10,000 m2 surfaces, especially on the surfaces that will be exposed to acid and acid vapor. This industrial building, which consists of two separate production facilities (each 15,000 m2) and an administrative building with an area of 1000 m2, also had a treatment facility building, acid preparation facility, and transformer building as an auxiliary facility. The project was completed in 240 days with a budget of $5,000,000.

• Worked as consultant project manager within body of YENIGUN Construction on behalf of DERE Construction in King Salman National Guards Hospital project, construction of which was completed in Taif, Saudi Arabia, with budget of $ 245 million. Took role in establishment of prefabricated production facility, selection of necessary equipment, preparation of concrete design, concrete production, and all production. Job responsibilities include daily and monthly planning, assembly of prefabricated elements, and participating in weekly meetings with NESMA and consultant firms. Prepared daily, weekly, and monthly reports. Apart from these, preparation of progress payments, work schedules, and budget updates were among other duties. Created plans and communicated deadlines to ensure projects were completed on time. Used various software to prepare required documentation.

• Entrusted as a Construction Project Manager in the construction of 4k KIPA TESCO Shopping Center in DIDIM, AYDIN. Construction of the building, which includes reinforced concrete and steel roofing, was completed in a short time like 5 months. The budget of the project was $4.500.000. Kept the construction sites compliant with OSHA, federal, state, and local regulations to prevent unnecessary delays. Built successful project plans covering objectives, resources, and staffing to meet schedules in the next project at the same company.
• Charged with Project Manager at AKHISAR, MANISA Berlocher PVC Production facility construction site. The project with a construction area of 22,000 m2 was completed in a short period of 8 months. Improved the cost control through effective allocation of subcontractors and site resources. A 7-store reinforced concrete production building and two warehouses with an area of 5000 m2 were within the scope of the project. The budget of this project, which consists of administrative buildings and auxiliary facilities, was $7,900,000. Reported the project budget, progress, and technical problems regularly to managers.

• Took role as project manager in industrial facility constructions. The competent authority for delivery to site, initiation of excavation works, coordination of all civil & architectural construction works, organization of electrical and mechanical works through subcontractors. Monitored subcontractor operations and applied effective time, resource, and money management strategies to achieve project completion under budget. Managed meetings with employer. Led weekly production and operations contractor meetings facilitating stronger communication and helping to resolve critical issues. Directed construction of 3 storey medium-sized industrial facilities, and NTM warehouse building at Philip Morris Torbalı facility. Tracked project and team members' performance closely to quickly intervene in mistakes or delays.

• KARYA Construction, operating in Afghanistan, was carrying out works with tender procedures from US Corps of Engineering projects. Worked in review and preparation of contracts, preparation and follow-up of all material submittals, shop drawings, correction of errors arising from projects, determination of the quantities for necessary materials as Technical Office Manager while was working in Turkey Head Office. It was among duties to organize and manage weekly meetings with US Corps of Engineering officials. Managed supervisor's itinerary and appointments, and streamlined scheduling procedures.

• Took part in construction of Temporary Housing and shelters under OBO administration in American Embassy in Islamabad / Pakistan. As a team member of company, worked for construction of 130 temporary residences in first phase and 68 temporary residences in second phase. Five 1100 Kw generator systems were supporting these residences, water tank, wastewater treatment, and fire extinguishing system (fire water tank construction). Identified plans and resources required to meet project goals and objectives. Provided management for internal personnel, contractors, and vendors. The last project that contributed to completion was safe shelter project of American Consulate in city of Peshawar in Pakistan. Supervised Phase I, fast track project as project manager which was successfully completed in 126 days. Developed and initiated projects, managed costs, and monitored performances. The project, with a budget of $16,750,000, was completed ahead of time.

• Entrusted as Construction Manager in tobacco factory project of KOREAN TOBACCO company, which has closed area of 16,000 m2 in Tire Organized Industrial Zone, with a total budget of $9,000,000. Provided accurate, detailed quantity take-off from project drawings and technical specifications in accordance with work program in planned time. Oversaw high-profile projects by planning, designing, and scheduling phases. Tracked project and team members' performance closely to quickly intervene in mistakes or delays.
• Worked as Project Manager in second project of same company in construction of prefabricated factory with 16,000 m2 closed area and project cost of $ 4.800.000 in Manisa Organized Industrial Zone. The contractor was AFA Prefabrik Beton Sanayi headquartered in İzmir. Achieved project deadlines by coordinating with contractors to manage performance. Our employer in the factory project was OERLIKON ELEKTROD and WELDING MACHINE. Today it continues production as MAGMAWELD.

• In the construction of a 3,000 m2 military hospital in Mazar-Sharif / AFGHANISTAN, started as a quality control manager in the beginning and completed the project as a construction manager. Collaborated with the development teams, internal customers, and product line management to ensure providing of desired quality requirements to distributors. Developed and deployed production control plans, and created work instructions and procedures. The project was successfully completed and handed over to the American army. The budget of the project was $6,500,000.

• Worked as construction site manager and was responsible engineer in projects of prefabricated industrial buildings, mainly in construction companies operating in Izmir and surrounding cities. Monitored subcontractor operations and applied effective time, resource, and money management strategies to achieve project completions under budget. Surveyed construction sites to determine material needs. Managed inventories and budgets accurately for constructing of reinforced concrete foundation, outsourcing of all civil & architectural works, and infrastructure works of project. Supported work of superintendents and liaised with off-site designers. Archived weekly progress and technical knowledge base's photographs digitally for all assigned projects. Provided safety kits to construction personnel, fully complying with job site safety protocols. Insured completed projects to meet the approved time, quality, and cost estimates.

• In this company operating at Turkish Air force Afyon airbase, Tasked on-site as a site civil engineer. Construction of 35,000 m2 apron for fuel planes transporting fuel in the air, aviation fuel piping and pumping project under the same apron, construction of 5 steel 2500 m3 semi-protected fuel tanks, construction of steel aircraft maintenance hangar with a closed area of 10,000 m2 were work items within the scope of project. Task consisted of dispatching and controlling concrete batch plant, teams and materials, and building bridges between site office and technical office. Screened out construction work as per technical designs and drawings to assess compliance. Monitored materials in inventory, and ordered materials to restock for each activity.
• Worked as site civil engineer in underground headquarter, operation center project under control of NATO forces at 2nd main jet base in Diyarbakır. Assigned mostly to architectural works. Supervised manufacturing of ceramic, paint, suspended ceiling, raised floor work items, and their suitability for project. Managed and controlled subcontractors' teams. Visited construction sites daily to evaluate the work quality. Informing the status of activities to the management was among the responsibilities.

• Granted as a Site Engineer at a Construction company operating at NATO Incirlik Airbase. Contributed to the restoration project of 3 concrete runways. Watched over the demolition and excavation phases of existing old pavements, and rebuilding of concrete for pavements. Implemented on-site sustainable waste disposal and recycling programs to reduce the project's environmental impact. Handled construction equipment maintenance to minimize costs and avoid project disruption.
  
  Upon completion of the project above, attended 60 km of state highway project between Kahramanmaraş and Gaziantep. Worked for the control of highways renovation projects in the same role. Work description was including to take care of infrastructure, excavation, filling, and asphalt paving work of a new highway. Recorded the daily events and activities in a site diary to evaluate processes and improve productivity. Inspected the asphalt plant and the crushed stone quarry.
