Throughout my eight years in the UK, I’ve worked in a broad range of hospitality settings, from cask ale pubs and cocktail bars to fine dining restaurants, gastropubs, and independent pizzerias. I have held Assistant Manager roles with Greene King, Young’s & Co, Signature Pubs, and Lounges, Coyote Ugly Saloon gaining a solid foundation in operations, team development, and delivering great guest experiences under pressure. For the past five months, I’ve been working as Floor Manager at Fatto a Mano in Hove, further refining my leadership skills and operational knowledge in a busy, quality-driven environment.
