  • I previously worked in a hotel as a receptionist where I managed and organised the hotel, I dealt with customer enquires both over the telephone and at the counter. I was able to help customers with enquires or solve complaints quickly and efficiently. I was also in charge of managing the hotel by making sure all facilities were kept clean. Other tasks included implementing customers and communicating with employees.

Peak Employment agency warehouse
  • I have experience working in a warehouse where I was handling and managing mails, letters and packages. I unloaded and loaded boxes and packages, and also scanned and invoiced letters and mails. I interacted and communicated well as a team whilst working with Peak employment and showed a lot of ability and responsibility whilst working there.

Volunteer work placements

Gizmo’s Bakery, I have unpaid experience working in a bakery, where I helped the staff bake food, wrap and pack food products such as bread, I restocked products on shelves and organised stock and delivery. I also managed the till, customers and cleaned the store, making sure all the Health and safety act was being followed and also food hygiene. I prepared sandwiches and stocked them on shelves.
