Worked on a project with an Agile team of 8 to re-platform clients charity web application designed to increase funding through digital platform. I used my experience to deliver business, users and system requirements necessary to deliver a successful project.

As a Business Application Analyst working in an agile environment, I managed business user requirement of the existing booking and reservation system. The essential benefit of this project is to improve the Business process for the clients and improve the user journey and UX.
