I have been working in the adult social care sector for 10 years. I have had the opportunity of working with professionals and vulnerable people from diverse background. Over the years, I have enhanced my knowledge and understanding of substance misuse and related problems such as homelessness, unemployment, social isolation, safeguarding concerns, alcoholism, offending behaviours, physical and mental health problems. I am working in partnership with housing officers, social workers, probation services, community mental health team (CMHT), job centres, GP surgeries, wrap around services, local pharmacists, etc.
I consider myself a team player, able to lead and be led. I am open minded and have good judgement skills, performance orientated, good work ethics, highly motivated and flexible.
