I am a Casual Academic (Visiting Lecturer) at York St. John University, York, United Kingdom. I hold a PhD in Law degree from the University of Hertfordshire, Hatfield, United Kingdom, where I was awarded a Full Tuition Doctoral Scholarship for my research. I have had the privilege of having my work published in leading peer-reviewed journals worldwide. I have experience in teaching British and international students, managing modules, and supervising postgraduate dissertations.
My most recent teaching portfolio covers modules in Law in the State II (British Constitutional Law & Human Rights), Law in a Global Context II (European Union (EU) Law & International Law), as well as Terrorism and Security. I am open to teaching law modules such as Constitutional Law, European Union (EU) Law, Contract Law, Medical Law, Employment Law, International Humanitarian Law, International Human Rights Law, and International Criminal Law.
I am a very diligent academic with a strong work ethic as well as a history of positive student learning outcomes. I deliver excellent mentorship and promote an inclusive learning environment that helps my students achieve their full potential. I am skilled in the use of multimedia tools and digital learning platforms such as Canvas, Moodle, etc. I am passionate about the classroom being an open, friendly, and supportive place for all my students. • I provided mentorship and guidance to students during in-class seminars as well as over email regarding questions and issues of concern to them.

• I successfully taught the module, ‘Terrorism and Security’ in the undergraduate BA (Hons.) International Relations Programme.
• As the need arises, I provide individualised 1-on-1 academic support to students, addressing their questions and concerns, also offering guidance on research and providing feedback through emails when necessary.
• I organised our seminar ‘in-class role play’ and provided adequate guidance to student on their end-of-seminar essay.
• I graded the students’ essays and also provided written feedback as necessary.

• I taught one class on the Constitutional Law module and graded assessments in modules such as Constitutional Law, European Union (EU) Law, and International Commercial Law.
• I supervised about ten (10) dissertations of students on the LLM programme.

• Alongside my teaching responsibilities, I prepared examination questions, coordinated examinations, served as a mentor to students, and also participated actively in departmental and faculty meetings.
