• Managed a high-level requirement produced by the FCA – Consumer Duty regulations for the implementation of policies for LBG retails customers across its ten business areas – Individual Pensions, Protection, Stockbroking, Workplace Pensions, General Insurance, Home Panels, Annuities, Bulk Annuities, Retirement and Longstanding.

Responsibilities:

• Analyzed key aspects of the FCA Consumer Duty business requirements to evaluate factors driving results and gaps where improvements are needed and should be implemented in relation to the four Outcomes (Product & Services, Price & Value, Consumer Understanding and Consumer Support).
• Engaged with the compliance team to map data flow diagrams of the As-Is and To-be using Visio and Excel.
• Supported leadership team within MI workstream with reporting, analysis and business presentations to inform divisional groups on strategies to meet FCA requirements across the ten business areas within LBG.
• Carried out requirement walkthrough with compliance team, business risks and propositions team to work on gap analysis document.
• Wrote User Stories and Acceptance Criteria plus Visio pack for business areas that have higher priority deliverables.
• Designed high level document for stakeholders to work with across the ten business areas with the aim of importing it to Jira for tracking and management

• Worked alongside Business Analysts, product owner and developer to create Test Plans, Test scripts, and Test cases within the metrices based on the requirement.
• First point of contact for any problems that may arise.
• Built Automation Framework with Selenium SpecFlow from scratch.
