Summary

I started playing football around the age of 6, I always played for my local Suffolk teams and had trials at Ipswich Town in 2021 which were unsuccessful. I always had a passion for helping my teammates improve so in 2022 I completed a 4 week work experience at Barnadsiton Hall school where I led football sessions for u13 boys and girls twice a week, At 16, I moved to Somerset to play football at MIllifled school. Unfortunately, I got injured pretty quickly and was out for a year. I took this opportunity to start my coaching badges and apply to univisty for Perforemnce analysis. As mentioned I took roles with U14s, and 18’s boy and girls. These experiences helped me create my football philosophys which involve a possession-based fluid and creative style. Whilst I’m only 18, i‘m keen to find my first role in management, I believe age is no limiter and if you’re good enough you’re old enough.
