These included customer interaction and conflict resolution, handling cash transactions, taking phone bookings, maintaining the bar's cleanliness and orderliness, and ensuring the pub was ready for the day. Additionally, I gained experience in serving different types of drinks, including hot and cold soft drinks, real ale, and lagers. Another skill I developed was changing gas for the barrels and kegs. I was also responsible for managing the bar and cellar inventory, remaining calm and polite in a fast-paced environment, and adapting to diverse shift patterns, including overtime and covering for colleagues.

During my time with Angard Staffing as an agency worker for the Royal Mail. I acquired valuable skills, training, and knowledge in various work areas, taking on different roles as needed. From organizing tracked and regular parcels to handling heavy and large parcels on conveyors and working in final sorting sections, I was always ready to adapt. I also served as a porter, assisting with the distribution of work in and out of the building. My responsibilities included organising letters and flats into the correct postcode zones and ensuring their readiness for dispatch. I consistently showed my commitment to the Royal Mail's scheduling needs, willingly taking on late, night, and weekend shifts. I was always ready to extend my work hours to ensure all tasks were completed on time, showcasing my versatility and dedication.
