From organizing tracked and regular parcels to handling heavy and large parcels on conveyors and working in final sorting sections, I was always ready to adapt. I also served as a porter, assisting with the distribution of work in and out of the building. My responsibilities included organising letters and flats into the correct postcode zones and ensuring their readiness for dispatch. I also worked the tills, efficiently processing customer transactions, handling inquiries, and locating specific products upon customer requests. In addition, I contributed to the shop's overall maintenance, ensuring its cleanliness and order. I also supported the store managers by assisting with the shop's closure on multiple occasions.
