Through education and working I have managed to obtain valuable skills and experiences such as leadership, time management, multi-tasking and working within a team.

School Sports and College Captain:

The roles of sports and college captain were my first chance to develop my leadership skills whilst working in a team with my teachers and fellow committee members. Through this role I had to commit and motivate members to activities through guidance, encouragement and motivational techniques. I delivered speeches to the school, as well as parents and demonstrated the key values of our school. This helped my public speaking and ability to engage and work with different age groups.

Social Secretary, University of Surrey Hockey

I have taken on the role of the hockey society's social secretary this year with Team Surrey. From this role I have gained invaluable experience in; time keeping, organisational skills, creative planning and multi-tasking. As Social Secretary, I have had to act in a professional manner to all members and suppliers to maintain the good reputation of our club is upheld.
