Tasked with being part of a team to research the following projects:

• Understand the effect and impact of AI in the recruitment market place and analyse of the ethics of AI.
• Hybrid working practices and the effect on productivity.

• Working in a busy Costa outlet is a demanding, customer facing role. During this period, I have had the opportunity to develop my interpersonal skills, engender resilience and resourcefulness and learned to pivot and prioritise tasks. Working as part of a team is essential to ensure the smooth running of the operation and in recognition of my contribution to this, my manager commended me and I was selected to onboard and initiate new staff members
• I recommended products which had the effect of enhancing customer rapport and upselling products such as insulated coffee mugs and cups.

• Hoar Cross Hall is a luxury spa which demands high levels of customer service and satisfaction. As a dedicated member of the Food and Beverage team, my role was to provide exceptional customer service to a range of guests including weddings, short stays, 'Make a Wish' Disney stays and corporate functions. I demonstrated excellent customer service, worked as an integral member of a team and and promptly attended to diner's needs.
