Whilst working at Caistor Hall Hotel I have had multiple roles, including:

• Mark Poynton Restaurant - I am trained in silver service hospitality, and was taught wines and descriptions of food and pairings for the michelin star restaurant.
• Events Worker - Worked in a team setting to deliver top-quality guest experiences. As well as setting up the events space, to set tables with the proper linens and crockery. (including weddings, proms and parties)
• Bar Worker - I met high-volume demands with enthusiasm and quality service, and learnt how to pour pints and make cocktails.
• Bistro Restaurant - Completed a high volume of food and drink orders without error during peak periods. I also trained team members in customer service standards and restaurant processes.
• Hotel Work - Offered guests a warm friendly welcome, assisted their arrival and departure as well as looking after their need during their stay. I also managed the reception desk including assisting callers and making reservations. Alongside this I completed general hotel tasks.
• Hotel Lounges - Served guests in the lounges for afternoon and cream teas, with this I have had basic barista training, and have a basic level of latte art skills.

For the past few years I have worked as a bartender at the Suffolk Show, which runs for 4 days at the end of May annually. The skills I have learnt while working there are:

• Worked well with team members to complete tasks.
• Stayed calm and collected during difficult situations and interactions.
• Met high-paced demands with enthusiasm and quality service and support.

Utilised an Excel-based benchmarking tool to analyse the performance of UK local governemnt councils. Provided insights that facilitated data-driven decision making to improve governemnt performance.

I volunteered at a church every Sunday on the 'Welcome Team', meeting the congregation with a warm and friendly face, and making hot drinks and serving the sweet treats.
