• Setup ONI's Quarterly Guest Speaker Series: each quarter would bring an expert from a field (from any function) to give a talk to the company to help inspire and motivate. Guests included: Anke Mulder (Chief Technologist of Research and Life Sciences, Hewlett Packard Enterprise)
