
At my previous place of work as a Customer Service Consultant, I became skilled in customer relationship development, providing support on the telephone. I am successful at managing multiple priorities with positive attitude. I was willing to take on greater responsibilities to meet team goals. I was a devoted Playworker with nearly 3 years of experience caring for young children. I enjoy teaching foundational learning skills and promoting development. I have become organised in managing schedules and activities with children whilst also utilising relationships with parents/carers. My previous role as a Waitress has also contributed to my strong communication skills, seeking to provide customers with the best service possible. Also, I have developed the skill of operating in fast paced environments, whether I'm taking phone calls, handling money or interacting with customers. After leaving my previous job, I realised my passion is to work with children, leading me to begin my studies at university.
