  • Assisted in seasonal harvests which includes corn carting, testing moisture levels and cultivation to prepare the land for drilling.
  • Herded livestock to move between paddocks, and prepared them for markets .
  • Carried out daily animal health checks ensuring livestock was in optimal health.
  • Assisted with farm upkeep by completing repairs to the building such as fixing window frames, painting and fencing.
  • Operated agricultural machinery safely and responsibly. For example, I have completed my category F driving license so I am able to drive the farm tractors on the road.
  • Handled daily animal care covering feeding, cleaning work and watering.
