

I am a content and marketing operations professional with experience across video production, post-production, and multi-channel content delivery. I specialise in creating, managing, and distributing digital assets in fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environments.
In my current role within a global health and wellness company, I manage the localisation and distribution of marketing content across multiple international markets, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure content is delivered efficiently and accurately at scale.
Alongside this, I contribute to the development of in-house production capabilities and support improvements in content performance across digital platforms, combining hands-on creative production experience with a strong focus on operational efficiency and global content delivery.
Working for the world's leading health and wellness company, I oversee the distribution and localisation of marketing content across 45 markets throughout Europe and Africa, delivering assets in more than 30 languages. I collaborate closely with teams in the USA and Mexico to coordinate the production of digital product renders and ensure content is adapted effectively for regional markets.
Partnering with designers, copywriters, and market stakeholders, I manage content development from initial planning through to launch, ensuring assets align with brand standards and market requirements. I play a key role in cross-functional project coordination, working with multiple departments to manage timelines, resolve challenges, and support successful campaign delivery.
A major focus of my role has been reducing external agency spend and increasing content production efficiency. Drawing on my previous production experience, I established an in-house content studio, designing and implementing product photography, videography, and podcast production capabilities. This initiative has delivered significant cost savings, accelerated content delivery, and improved consistency with brand guidelines.
In addition, I manage vendor onboarding and purchase order processes, while using content performance analytics to inform creative planning and optimise asset production. By analysing engagement trends across our global content library, I provide data-driven insights that help shape content strategy and ensure distributors have access to the assets that deliver the greatest impact.
As a Marketing Assistant, I managed the end-to-end media process for vehicle stock, from initial photography and content creation through to updating advertisements with professional imagery and video content once vehicles were prepared for sale.
I also oversaw media management across six associated automotive brands, ensuring vehicle listings were processed and uploaded efficiently. In addition, I contributed to the growth of the company's digital presence by improving its social media channels, achieving YouTube monetisation and generating hundreds of thousands of views on TikTok.
I have filmed a range of live events, including theatre productions, live music performances, and festival stage coverage. A particular highlight was filming the Bunty Carlo Rally across Buckinghamshire and Oxfordshire, featuring 70 vehicles with an estimated combined value of over £80 million.
Working alongside two colleagues, I helped coordinate coverage using a drone and six cameras to capture the event and produce a highlight reel. The final production was extremely well received by the client and remains one of the projects I am most proud of.
As a Waiter, I consistently delivered a high standard of customer service in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The role required strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling me to build rapport with customers of all ages while maintaining a professional and approachable manner.
