Highly motivated mathematics student with a keen interest in finance and investments. Experienced in conducting analytical research and presenting findings. Committed to applying mathematical skills in real-world financial scenarios.

Under the supervision of Dr Stephen Griffiths from the University of Leeds, I led my group and derived several formulae to estimate pi as efficiently as possible over the course of a year. This culminated in an academic poster made in LaTeX, as well as a detailed presentation made to over 100 students and professionals.

One of 55 successful fellows (top 8% of applicants) to complete a 5 week selective program exploring how mathematics can be used altruistically. Each week included independent exploration, a problem sheet, an estimation game, a discussion, and talks led by experts.

• MathsCity Leeds: For 2 months, I helped to set up exhibits and assisted customers.
• Charity work for CF Trust UK: I have led several fundraisers and spoke to over 200 students to raise awareness of Cystic Fibrosis.
• Environmental Volunteering: For 1 year, I worked alongside a group in my local woodland to improve and maintain the area.
