Oliver Wetherell

• I have been working at Monument Cleaning Services since I was 14 years old and continue to work there alongside attending my current college course when I am able to. Working from a young age has allowed me to understand the requirements and standards which needs to be met in a business environment, while also maintain a great work ethic. I have been given a valuable insight into how a successful business needs to operate and the hard work behind it.

During my time at END clothing as a valued member of the team, I have been involved in major project movements within the warehouse involving technology such as spreadsheets and Excel etc. resulting in the ease of stock movement, all while working with others using communication skills and teamwork. This has therefore taught me how to work in small or larger group to complete a task and achieve the end goal expected of me. Frequently hitting my daily targets resulted in getting my time management under control to make sure I was hitting my goals and expectations.
