  • Liaise with the product and tech colleagues to produce business analytics for new product offerings, enhancements to internal trading systems and full client reviews for trading and front office based on AGILE methodology

Achievements / Projects

  • Delivered key analytical enhancements for front office for onboarding system, creation of bespoke product STPs and platform to platform mappings without manual intervention allowing an increase in trading volume and reducing regulatory risk against JPMorgan
  • Developed trackers for front office using Alteryx workflows to identify potential gaps in our onboarding of clients, presented to the business to demonstrate a more proactive capture method between client check-ins/reviews
  • High volume removal of obsolete accounts from internal systems increasing the systems daily performance and allowing front office to have more accurate trading analytics
  • Owned and co-ordinated a mass overhaul of priority client fund onboards which included an intricate remediation of the full onboarding workflow
  • Training lead for FX & Commodities migration of functions to an equivalent Mumbai team
  • Held training sessions over Zoom/Teams, produced training resources, and ran check-in sessions following the migration of responsibility
  • Created and presented Powerpoint decks to front office and upper management on e-trading onboarding lifecycle enabling to forge a much stronger relationship between different front office teams, shared understanding, and more effective project management as a business
  • Day-to-day management of electronic FX & Commodity clients in the Markets space
  • Overseeing onboarding procedures for new clients, management of day-to-day trade queries, and coordinating product launches and technology projects
