• CNC Operator Lathe

Collected, cleaned and placed components ready for shipping from an automated lathe.

Loaded machine with stock and unloaded machine when complete, cleaned machine down, initiated program to start.

• CNC Operator Miller

Loaded miller with stock and unloaded machine when complete, cleaned machine down.

Changed tool on miller with an automated robot.

QA of finished components.

• Vehicle body panel changing.
• Changing tyres.
• Changing sparkplugs.
• Swapping out wheels.
• Fixing panel damage using filler and paint.
