I joined Tempting ventures in their infancy as a new venture capitalist firm supporting the recruitment industry. I worked on 2 projects while at TV.

  • Firstly, I worked with one of our clients, Hydrogen Group as a Consultant with the focus to improve their ability to hire and retain new staff. This was a 12 month contract which included:
  • Assessing the current leadership teams interview style and approach and making recommendations on changes based on my findings
  • Creating and running a new style of graduate hiring boot camp. This enabled us to shortlist a credible group of applicable candidates for all teams to interview and hire
  • Recruiting a new permanent Talent acquisition specialist to join Hydrogen to take over
  • Improving high level, experienced talent acquisition.
  • Secondly I founded a new contracts division on Uniting Cloud, another business owned by Tempting Ventures that run a purely permanent business.
  • I built a team of Technology focused recruiter specialising on the Cloud area of Technology with an emphasis on AWS, GCP & Azure.
  • In the first year we landed some big clients, including HSBC, Google, NTT Data, Credit Suisse, Infosys and Close Brothers.
  • I Facilitated knowledge-sharing sessions to disseminate best practices within team and upskill consultants on new areas of Technology
