Oliver Marshall-Hale

I am a hard working, trustworthy individual who has many years of farming practice. I am a reliable and eager worker who completes any and all tasks set to me to a premium standard. With a strong focus on livestock farming I have a plethora of different skills and knowledge that I am able to use to ensure each job is successful. I am used to outdoor physical labour and working with my hands to guarantee a swift and effective practice. I much prefer working in a team because I find it more pleasant and efficient and find learning from your colleagues a good positive thing, however I am extremely capable of working on my own and to my own initiative.
