Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting the E-commerce team and Senior Lead Driver Assessor, with a team of 18 drivers and a fleet of 6 vehicles. Ensuring compliance, safety and efficiency are met.
• Delivering high quality customer service to the doorstep as a customer delivery driver, aligning with partnership values.
• Conducted admin checks on current and prospective drivers
• Assessing driving standards of new drivers pre-contract offer, and current drivers annual driving assessments.
• Assisting with weekly van checks, and performing basic maintenance. Reporting defects to third party companies and contractors, planning defect repair and vehicle replacement into a busy schedule.
• Assisting the team to achieve a 95%+ depart and deliver on time record.

Key Responsibilities:

• Optimising product reductions to boost day-to-day and weekly sales. Assisting new team members to settle in via introduction, ensuring a smooth and implemented transition into the workplace.
• Executed end-of-day cashing-up, calculating till and lottery money, and maintaining accurate financial records.
• Ensured efficient and user-friendly services by managing client returns and packages, and processing parcels from Waitrose, John Lewis, and Amazon.
• Oversaw in-store inventory and coordinated online shopping delivery for clients via platforms like Deliveroo and Uber.
• Supported inventory management by tracking stock levels and performing regular stock checks.
• Supervised staff in executing smooth daily processes, including till operations, customer communications, Challenge 25 compliance, refund management, and lottery transactions.
• Experience in leading retail shifts, overseeing retail operations ranging from stock management, assigning tasks to partners, and customer interaction.

• Shadowing different engineers in different areas, with further learning of the Engineering aspect of Aircraft Maintenance.
