- From leading and supervising a team of vehicle technicians to overseeing inventory control, procurement and supplier negotiations to maintain stock levels and control costs.

- Also ensuring compliance with manufacturer standards regarding any warranty related issues.

- Created designs based on customer requests.
- I learned here that building customer relations is paramount to the quality of work carried out.
- Originally employed for design. I found myself willing to undertake extra responsibilities within the company.
- These ranged from overseeing production, large scale printing, laminating and installation.
- Being able to experience multiple roles gave me an in-depth understanding of how each department worked, how things such as completion deadlines & efficiency are crucial for a successful environment.
- Joined the installation team to complete projects in multiple locations across the UK and Ireland.
- Installations would range from full shop refits for clients such as SUBWAY, Columbia, Costa & many more.
- Setting up conference exhibitions and stalls in locations and events such as the NEC, G7 summit & Royal Welsh Show.

- Completed various roles during my time here.
- My work consisted of design, where as part of a team we created visuals and designs using software such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Once we gained satisfactory approval we would begin production.
- Working with a vast amount of materials & equipment such as, Corrugated boards, Perspex, Composite Aluminium, Banner and Vinyl.
- The company was largely sport driven meaning a large quantity of the work came from Football & Rugby.
- A small team of us would install and fit the required advertisement and pitch side boards in sport related venues, such as The Principality Stadium, The Liberty Stadium and Parc-Y-Scarlets.

2011.01 - 2014.03
- Became a member of the inspection team upon joining AIM.
- My role consisted of marking and inspecting certain parts to identify any flaws and to approve them for fitting.
- During this role I managed to pick up a good attention for detail.
- After I had established my myself further within the company, I took on the Design & Production of Placards.
- The importance that these were immaculate and always holding correct information was crucial. Each placard would be later fitted to aircraft galleys which would allow the operator to know vital information about the apparatus.
- Communicated with various suppliers to obtain the necessary materials and equipment.
- Meaning organization and awareness were key to being successful.
