I work in a maintenance role specialising in the construction, upkeep, and repair of escape rooms across multiple sites in the UK. This position involves a high level of technical work, including troubleshooting complex mechanical and electronic systems, which has significantly strengthened my problem-solving skills. I am responsible for identifying and resolving both minor and major issues efficiently, minimising disruption to business operations and preventing potential room or site closures. The role requires a strong focus on working quickly and safely, as well as the ability to travel between locations to carry out general maintenance and lead new site builds.

• Experienced Civil Engineer specializing in infrastructure development for telecommunications. Skilled in performing precision excavation work, adhering to HSG47 and Red Book standards to ensure safe and compliant operations. Proficient in reinstating a variety of surface types, including slabs, block paving, and tarmac, to maintain the integrity and aesthetics of the work site post-construction. Adept at managing complex projects, ensuring timely completion while upholding the highest safety and quality standards.

• I managed all maintenance tasks, ensuring a safe and COVID-secure environment in a busy care home. I coordinated external contractors to deliver high-quality services that enhanced facility safety. I meticulously recorded all water management activities, maintaining strict compliance with Legionella regulations. I conducted regular compliance checks on fire equipment and specialized hoists in accordance with CQC standards. Additionally, I handled reactive maintenance on nursing beds and laundry equipment, ensuring continuous operational efficiency.

• I managed duty rotas to ensure appropriate support for all leisure activities within the center. Additionally, I step in to assist the food and beverage team during staff shortages, handling front-of-house duties and preparing and serving a variety of food and beverages to customers.
