• Involved consulting with project team whilst comparing back to product documentation and T&Cs.

• Manager of the BAU team in POps responsible for day to day maintenance of the data and systems that support the SL products.

• Detailed analysis, calculations design as well as testing on a number of regulatory and propositional projects to deliver change on a variety of products and systems.

• Working in the life servicing claims technical team responsible for producing manual calculations of plan values and projections for all SL unitised life contracts.
• Built up good product and systems knowledge and applied in a technical way to ensure correct customer values.
