At my time at Mw impact I worked various days within the school term holidays assisting within the place of work(holiday day-care). During this time I carried out tasks such as supervision over the children in different areas and situations. I overlooked and supervised with safety and behaviour off the children being instructed to do so. The children within the day-care ranged from 5 to 12, with some having special needs. This behaviour could be challenging, but over time became more and more manageable with the experience I was gaining. Mw was very gifting to me with what I feel I got back from the work and the experience I have gained.
