I joined the company as a supply teacher and was very quickly offered a long-term supply with a school I had worked some shifts with. I would punctually arrive at work and fulfil all teacher responsibilities with professionalism and personality. When I wanted to transition back into full-time work, the school I had supplied with offered me a contract, which I accepted.

As Head of Key Stage 2, I was tasked with developing the curriculum, progressing teacher standards, increasing pupil engagement and improving attainment of pupils. A member of the middle management team and maths lead for the school.
