  • Working at many race events, football games, restaurants in VIP with famous and renowned guests. Providing me with excellent customer and service skills. In which I was regularly provided management roles due to my strong communication and experience with other staff.
  • Whilst being involved with Simple, I helped to recruit other staff from my university to help grow the company. This was on a commission based incentive, giving me key skills in selling roles and getting students to follow through and get consistent work.

  • During my ski season I had many jobs: - Night Porter/ stand in Hotel Manager, During the night I was responsible for baking, cooking, cleaning and the preparation and safety of 60+ guests.
  • Front of house, during this role I cleaned rooms, set up for the evening as well as bar work and waitering.
  • KA, I washed dishes, restocked and did food preparation.
  • Basic Commis chef, I performed basic baking and cooking, breakfast and deep cleans.
  • Whilst on my ski season I learned how to interact with guests 24hours a day, maintain a relatively hectic lifestyle and live with the same people in close proximity.
  • I skied most days and also learned how to snowboard.

Interests

I have a keen interest in outdoor activities and love being active. I enjoy wind surfing, surfing, skiing, mountaineering, free diving and scuba diving. I have developed skills in high risk activities which transfer into every aspect of life, helping me to achieve a calm and level head to deal with situations in quick and decisive time frames to a high level of accuracy.
