- I currently hold a part-time position working 1-2 days a week in a rehabilitation setting.
- I have worked with different client populations working in a multidisciplinary team to meet their rehabilitative needs. This has ranged from supporting clients' daily activities such as shopping or cleaning to assisting in giving individuals independence in their daily living activities.
- Sessions can range from a gym setting providing positive reinforcement to clients benefiting the rehabilitation of each individual meeting the specific needs of each individual client.
- Building on previous experiences from education and employment developing problem-solving, communication and teamwork skills to enhance the fulfilment of client experience whilst still meeting targets to work towards long-term goals.

- When applying for this role I was looking for a position where I would be challenged and be given the ability to improve in the workplace.
- I found this and more developing my communication and time management skills. When I was promoted to Duty Manager in May 2022 I built upon these skills improving my ability to gain rapport with clients and aim to elevate their individual experience through excellent communication.
- Alongside this overseeing smooth daily operations whilst managing staff through delegation of tasks and management of time. I also gained greater responsibilities including the opening and closing of the establishment as well as handling transactions and any issues each customer may have and using problem-solving skills to resolve these issues.
