Aldi, Deputy Manager, July 2024- August 2025, Sleaford/ Boston
during my time as a Deputy Manager I took on far more responsibility and had to adapt to being a part of the wider ambitions of the store, this included, training new starters and helping them feel welcome, ensuring all colleagues are upholding company standards and creating a good store culture. This also involved taking a deeper interest into sales figures, achieving KPI's and strategizing ways to involve all employees in hitting targets.
