I have worked self-employed as a scaffolder since I left school. Throughout this time I have demonstrated good communication, leadership and problem solving skills.

My key responsibilities are:

• Assembling and disassembling scaffolding structures for building renovation projects
• Following directions, drawings and project specifications to enforce adherence to requirements
• Applying critical thinking skills to solve problems and address challenges
• Conducting pre and post-assembly quality checks on construction materials and final erection
• Managing a team to work effectively to complete project on time
• Effectively collaborating with various teams to ensure smooth operations
• Use protective equipment at all times, promoting a culture of safety awareness amongst the team members
• Complying with SG4 (safety guidelines 4) while working at height
• Complying with SG34-11 ensuring protections of the public
