Working as a multi drop and collection driver at dpd local on a temporary basis my role consists of starting at set time different most days and planning my route and scanning and numbering up my parcels before I load my van then set of on my route I have set time limit and need to keep to time while been safe and professional whilst driving, as a delivery driver I have to have a good and well mannered customer service and keen to help if there is any problems that may accur and be able to defuse the situation. If any problems arise after and during my day of delivery’s I will go to any collections that are sent to me when I am done delivering or during delivery’s if there is a set time to arrive I do this in a safe manner and keep up to time for my delivery’s also. At the very end of my day I will return to depo and unload my van on to a belt then wash my van and clean ready for the next day
