• Coordinating & Managing the planning and distribution of Tour merchandise for Warner Music artists globally.
• Managing vendor relationships, production timelines, and inventory control to ensure high-quality merchandise delivery.
• Manage international shipping logistics, ensuring smooth delivery throughout tours for many globally recognised artists.

• Assist in gathering critical information from third parties to manage event logistics daily across various cities.
• Coordinate daily operations of artist road crews and third-party representatives.
• Organise detailed schedules and itineraries, ensuring efficient international transportation and freight arrangements.
