In my role as a Tour Coordinator at Warner Music, I am responsible for:

• Coordinating & Managing the planning and distribution of Tour merchandise for Warner Music artists globally.
• Managing vendor relationships, production timelines, and inventory control to ensure high-quality merchandise delivery.
• Manage international shipping logistics, ensuring smooth delivery throughout tours for many globally recognised artists.

• Tour advancing - Gathering relevant information from third parties to project manage large scale events across multiple cities on a daily basis.
• Day to day management of artist’, road crew and third party representatives.
• Logistics - Create detailed schedules & itineraries, as well as organising air, sea, ground transportation/travel and freight movement, Internationally.
• Accommodation - Researching and booking relevant accommodation to suit client needs, along with that of touring personnel and tour transportation.
• Budgeting - Before any event happens, I create a budget based on income vs expenses, I then manage and oversee the budget throughout the event/tour, as well as then finalising and closing accounts, once the tour/event has passed.
