Oliver Athey

I'm a 17 year-old who is looking to begin a journey into motorsport, my ultimate goal would be to be part of the strategy team. This role interests me as data analysis and quick problem solving both excite me and therefore I feel I could contribute to the Cadillac teams aspirations.

My data analysis skills improved when I was fortunate enough, during my two week work experience in China, with JIG UK Ltd where I worked to solve problems with suppliers and used data to analyse and demonstrate what the root causes of issues were and how we could resolve them.

I feel as if motorsport is a great opportunity for me to pursue my passion for the sport and put my quick thinking, teamwork and clear communication skills to good use.

• I very much enjoy cooking as I find it will help me switch off and relax during the evening.
• I have played football for Gonerby YFC for over 8 years which demonstrates my commitment to the club. I have also played for my school team and continue to do so during my time at Sixth form.
