As a Store Supervisor at Savers Health and Beauty, the primary responsibility was to assist in managing store operations while ensuring a high standard of customer service. This role involved supporting the Assistant Store Manager and Store Manager in various tasks, including staff oversight and inventory control. Key contributions included:

• Supervisor duties of Opening/Closing the store including till and safe check.
• Cashing Up Duties: Handle daily cash management, including till reconciliation and end-of-day reporting.
• Welcome all customers entering the store with a friendly and warm approach while reaming professional and focused
• Monitoring sales performance and identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Assisting with visual merchandising to create appealing product displays.
• Addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues to maintain satisfaction levels.
• Maintain maximum stock availability, effectively maintain best practice within stockroom to ensure that all stock is in line with company guidelines
• Overseeing store duties in the absence of management
• Maintain housekeeping standards, ensuring all front and back of house areas are kept clean and
• Deal with customer enquiries and refunds professionally and effectively in absence of ASM and SM, converting refunds into sales opportunities where possible

I was working in different positions needed to be flexible to change position when needed.

I was working on target very fast to achieve daily target. I was building blinds to correct size had to be good to detail and quality cleaning regularly. I was also on packing. Was able to pack at very high speed 200 blinds a day. Working with team or on my own depends on what position I was on. Good time planning as I had to work on target. Helping new starts to achieve their targets quicker.
