• Create and implement long-term strategies for a specific product category to achieve sales, profit, and market share goals
• Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, competitor activities, and sales data to identify opportunities and make data-driven decisions
• Product Introduction/code setup in Fresh Direct & Brakes • Creating & reviewing promotional campaigns
• Providing product level content for digital platforms
• Full time product data support to business
• Managing Sample requests
• Support transition of products on to new ERP & Master Data (D 365) & (STIBO)
• Support the “Best of British” range review in collaboration with procurement/technical teams.
• Support the fresh produce categories hierarchy/product/digital data in Broadline (SAP ERP)
• Support the Sysco products/ranges within the Fresh Direct product HRYs (Prophet ERP)
• Work with the marketing functions on broadline activation & promotions. Support Sales teams on category/product lead requests.
