Personal Profile I am a target driven, motivated, patient, hardworking, dedicated individual, able to work well under pressure and a good team player. I also can reach targets and cooperate objectives. My excellent communication skills acquired in the past enables me to fulfil various tasks. A pro-active approach enables me to work with little or no supervision or within a group. Also, I can provide a professional, friendly and efficient service to the customers. I also provide a warm and friendly welcome to customers, open and honest, which presents an excellent image for the organisation. I demonstrated ownership of all customer issues by maintaining good communication with the customer until the issue resolved. I react quickly to customer issues with a sense of urgency for resolving problems and showing enthusiasm for the customer experience by seeking out areas for improvement that will benefit the customer. I am currently seeking a new and challenging position, which will help me make the best use of my existing skills and experience whilst enabling further personal and professional developments.
