· Provide data quality feedback to managers and offer remedial training regularly.

·Escalating queries to DQ managers regarding loss to follow-ups, Patients that need to be on IPWL or OPWL, and Patients that require f/up ASAP.

·Validating over 52 weeks of breech pathways
