  • Managed and oversaw budget and hours allocation across the three departments, when new campaigns were launched I was responsible for making sure each department had the right amount of hours to meet the target I set I did this by identifying all of the costs that would be associated with the campaign, looked at previous campaigns, what we learnt and what we know has worked in the past and I created contingency plans for any unexpected costs and or issues
  • Liaised with product managers and buyers based in Spain on a weekly basis to review store budgets and to ensure that we stay on track, these stand-up calls were also a chance to get feedback and to give a progress report
  • Where we launched new products and campaigns on a weekly basis in store communication needed to be consistent and concise and this was also the way I managed to align the business goals with the budget we were given
  • Managed the Recruitment across the three departments, I was responsible for identifying qualified candidates, screening potential candidates along with my most senior managers
