Oisin McDevitt

I am responsible for preparation and formatting of daily monitoring reports and liaison with clients. I have the chance to interact with and help format reports to the specifications of various clients, giving me ample oppurtunity to learn how to communicate with and provide specialised aid to whoever needed it.

I work in hosting and assisting with logistics at curated children’s events, specifically ones based around sensory development and play therapy for children and young people. This includes community festivals and children’s events. This job has forced me to approach my work in a way that would be most fitting for it's young and developing target market, a task that have so far proven to be challening, but ultimatley rewarding. This is because it has forced me to step out of my comfort zone and adapt to far different cirmcustances than what I I'm used too.

I was responsible for meeting and greeting guests at University of Ulster school of art official events. Including presentations, subject talks, and events hosted for potential overseas students. I found it an engaging and thought provoking job that gave me the oppurtunity to interact with any kinds of people I'd never had the chance to talk with before.
