Since beginning my musical journey I have always had an interest in record's. I have always been surrounded by music As a 70's kid my Dad listened to the Prog Rock greats such as Genesis ,Focus and Pink Floyd passing his enthusiasm on to me. My mum has been a Irish folk musician all her life and also has a degree in music. She is a big fan of the Irish great's such as Thin Lizzy and Rory Gallagher. Listening to bands/artists such as these helped to develop my passion for music. My taste has evolved over the years from listening to early rock, to soul and funk and now my current passion electronic- everything from IDM (square pusher and Photek) to house (Ron Trent, Theo Parrish, Louie Vega, Patrice Scott). It has been an ambition of mine to work in a record store to further develop my love of music using my social skills helped by my previous job experiences. I am confident I will be an enthusiastic, knowledgeable and energetic employee.
