  • Front runner adopting the internal ACE framework and RTF within the tech team and documenting the whole process which laid the groundwork for the other scrum teams.
  • Delivered critical functionalities in KYC process which involves orchestrating the customer's data refresh. Such as starting the tracking of refresh, stopping, and ending.
  • Onboarded One data function within the team and implemented the function used as a template for other scrum teams to develop their functions.
  • Fixed critical bugs in production such as uneven spread of work between pods
  • Supported the app support team by fixing incorrect information presented in splunk monitoring dashboard.

  • Automated the manual work in the company by creating a mobile app and connecting it with the existing CRM via API.
  • Created a chatbot for the clients and connected it with the Telegram messenger, allowing our customers to reach out via chatbot instead of calling us directly for non-urgent issues, saving staff time.
  • Created an inventory management mobile app for our small shop owner customers and integrated it with their Point of Sale system. It allowed business owners to track their inventory conveniently from their mobile phones.
